Now, the number one fatal mistake I see beginner investors make is rush out there and buy a brand new property off a shiny brochure from a slick sales agent who knows nothing about building a multi-million dollar portfolio.
It makes me cringe when I see this, right?
Because I know that that is not going to be the best decision for them, in most cases.
I was one of them. I bought my first property off a slick agent, shiny brochure.
And they know nothing about building multi-million dollar portfolios. Most of them don't. Right?
That one sent me backwards, it was the wrong type of property.

And the next biggest mistake is seeing people not take action and starting to build their set-for-life income stream because they believe they haven't got enough money to start.
That is so not true.
