It's a short period where you just get that juice and you go right, and it sets you up for the rest of the day. Right? 

It can be internal or external, which basically means it can just be something that you generate within in terms of doing a closed eye thing and visualizing your life and getting inspired by it, or it can be an external thing, like an audio program, or a book, or something like that. Right? 

Even just 10 minutes is powerful.
