The daily routine must create a proactive lifestyle, rather than a reactive lifestyle.
What does that mean?
Well, that means that you want to get focused on "what are the needle movers that I am aiming to achieve today?" You start to think about, "Okay, what needle do I need to do today?" “Who do I need to talk to?” “Who do I need to follow up with?” “Who am I waiting on?” These sort of things.
"What have I got planned to eat today?" Or "Have I already got that planned?" "Have I already got my meal plan prepped?" And if you don't plan your meals, you're gonna be reactive.
Does that make sense?
Like, if you're reactive, you're not gonna stick to a plan. And you just go, "Oh, I'll just get whatever." and "Oh, this will do." And that type of lifestyle is the reason why we have daily routines. It's to get you to be proactive about your life, not reactive about your life.
So, key message: without daily routines, we become reactive.
