Engage in accountability. 

Now, there are two types of accountability: internal and external. Right? Internal accountability. First and foremost, it is our responsibility to hold ourselves accountable. 

We answer to ourselves. We take charge of ourselves. How do we do that? We get clear. We write down our goals so they're clear outcomes. 

The internal part of accountability is you got to be honest with yourself. The more we rationalize, the more we can get stuck. And it won't allow us to move forward. 

The second one is external. 
Engage in your accountability group to hold you accountable. When we commit to giving an account, which is what accountability is, to someone else for our actions and goals, we take it to the next level. Having an external accountability group is a powerful force.
