Accountability groups can be really powerful because you start to share. Because it's sort of like creating this extra little external demand.
Our psychology, by just sharing it, has an impact on, "Okay, I've shared it. I've said I'm gonna do this. I've got to report back. Okay, I'm gonna do..." It just creates that little bit of extra demand. It's that pressure. It's that pressure that's going to really sort of polish that diamond. And it's positive pressure.
And that's why one of my secret weapons is I raise my level of commitment, especially when I have doubts or I don't act big out of fear.
It's usually a combination of my level of commitment to that. Where I'm not attaching enough here to it, or outside of me to it. And that helps me to enact on courage and take that step.
