We're living in such a fast-paced world. And this is more important than ever. Because the more that we can do that, it brings in more awareness. More awareness is more important. You can make change from awareness into who you are. Awareness into who you are develops the skill of being you.

Because there's always so much you can learn about yourself. It is amazing how much you can learn about yourself. And the biggest lessons come through a reflection of how you're showing up or really getting that quiet time and going inwards.
