In order to step outside your comfort zone, courage is required. And usually, what you want - what you really want - is on the other side of that comfort zone. 

A lot of people stay in their comfort zone. A lot. And that's okay - if that's what they're okay with. 

But a lot of people stay in that comfort zone, but they're not happy. They haven't achieved what they want to have achieved. So, something has to change. It needs to be stepped out of that, which takes courage. 

So, courage. 

It's a secret weapon. Because the more you start to do it in different contexts, it rolls over into others. You'll have more courage to reach out to that builder. You'll have more courage to talk to that developer. You'll have more courage to walk up to someone and start talking to them about what you do and what you're about and how you can help them. Because that's going to then translate into an opportunity that will open up that would never have if you didn't act on that courage.
