We're going to be talking about mastering self in communication. 

I'm teaching this, why? Because you're in property. You're dealing with people. Like, you can go and do a property course. Great. 'Here's how to do subdivision'. 'Here's how to do a build'. But you need to talk to people. You need to actually talk to a builder, a town planner, or an agent. 

Number one is: First, you need to have ambition. You actually need to actually want to have outstanding relationships. As a property entrepreneur, I want you to have ambition to have great relationships with a real estate agent even though it can be challenging at times. 
Because, I'm telling you guys. When you do this, form outstanding relationships with everyone involved in a property process... everyone. Business, it doesn't matter. It will become very evident about the benefit of that.
