What do I mean by improve, not impress? I mean that when people get in their head, and then they go, "Oh, I'm not a good communicator", because they're thinking that they need to come across perfectly. 

Stop trying to think that you need to impress everyone with your eloquent words or your correct spelling. 

I know I'm absolutely not perfect. And I know that I don't really care about that. What I care about is, can I add value? How can I serve this person? 
When you show up to a meeting and you're like, "I know what value I am. I know what value I can bring." And then, "How can I express that value?" There is just no words that will compare to that energy that they feel.
