Someone said, "Look, I really struggle with that visualisation." I said, "Practice it." Like, literally, have a look at this. Get it out. Have a look. Have a look at all the detail. See it. Close your eyes. Build it. Build it exactly what you see. Oh, if you struggle, okay, look down again. Okay. Build it. Build it in your mind. Look down again, practice, practice. And then, once you get good at it, you can move it around. Twist it, turn it, shape it so you start to move it. You start to then create things in your mind. Who's following what I'm saying? 

Remember, I'm teaching you a skill set. a skill set. Which means that you can develop it through application, through practice. 

If that's not something that comes naturally to you, you just got to work harder on some things than others. That's it.
